  1. Le doy cinco estrellas porque cumplio mis expectativas. Cuando compre el DVD nunca habia practicado el Tai Chi. El instructor explica de una manera clara mientras realiza los movimientos y el ejercicio en si es bien relajante.

I took it for granted that an Olympic silver medalist would teach T’ai Chi correctly. But right in the first demonstration of the movements, he gets his arm and leg positions mixed up.

I can’t understand how they could let this slip by.

I tried to ignore the mistakes and just continue, but once you’ve lost confidence in the teaching process the meaning goes with it.

I bought this video hoping to learn T’ai-Chi. I was disappointed in that it was not easy to follow and did not fully explain each movement. Don’t misunderstand, I like David-Dorian Ross and I love his Budokon Beginning Practice DVD. This is good workout if you are familiar with basic T’ai Chi movements, but for step by step instruction I would recommend DVD’s by Tiffany Chen or Terence Dunn.

    Dear David,

I have never had the urge to write a review before, but after viewing and trying to follow your Tai Chi Beginning Practice….I decided to take the time. I have taken dance classes for many years and I have never had to learn a routine from 3 different camera angles and face to face with my instructor. Your video could have been very enjoyable if you had turned around so I could follow. That means turning your back to the camera which I realize is not in your best interest, but it would make learning your routines a snap….which in the long run WOULD BE in your best interest. I am very disappointed.
