    Generally this is an enjoyable exercise to learn, although I do agree with an earlier reviewer in that the backgrounds are exceedingly distracting.

    The best advice I have in that regard is to learn the exercises and then close your eyes to rely on David Carradine’s wonderful voice.

    This video is good for beginners, but its very dated and the background is unpleasant to the eye in my opinion. Nonetheless it gets the job done.
