This is the worst treadmill I have ever bought since the controller panel went out less than 6 months after I bought it. The tech support works off commission so that’s ibviously how they make most of their money.
I wish I would have spent the extra 300 bucks and bought a better brand.

I was really looking forward to using this Treadmill, but I was very disappointed in what I recieved.
This Proform treadmill is really cheaply made and it shows. Very flimsy plastic and noisy motors. The Treads also keep slipping left and right. It isnt worth half of the price they are asking. And good luck trying to return it if it is defective.
The Electronic Console cracked only after 2 weeks of use. Then I started hearing a noise in the motor that got louder as you go faster. I decided to try to have it replaced. They refused to replace it, even if it was only 2 weeks old. They sent me parts instead and told me to fix it myself. Eventually after 4 months of calling them every week to repair it, they sent me an empty box and an RMA to send it back to them. That was over a month ago, and they refuse to give me a refund. So now they have the treadmill and my money. They do not respond to emails and rarely does anyone answer their phones. Buy a proper treadmill from a reputable company. If you do your research, they have a very poor customer service track record. DO YOUR RESEARCH, don’t just take my word for it. I just don’t want anyone else going through what I am experiencing.
