I found this DVD an excellent guide for instructing students the benefits of aqua Tai Chi. As a student of three yers learning Chen style Tai Chi I find the movements are different. However, as with all Tai Chi, the health benefits are limitless. I would recommend this DVD for anyone fortunate enough to have the use of a heated pool.

Overall the exercises are good and well explained. The underwater photography is not very clear. In many exercises it is a bit hazy.
