We have owned this treadmill for about a year and it is just great. It is extremely well made and the Smooth Fitness Company’s Customer Service is one of the best that I have ever dealt with. We had a cracked handle and a few blemishes on the frame from shipping and they came out right away and replaced it free of charge. I have found this treadmill to be one of the best investment that I have ever made, and with it’s warranty and performance. I am more than happy with it.
