Don’t buy this. I have a sole elliptical and it is noisy, i have had to have sole replace the bearings. Their support is good, and after the work the machine was ok for a couple weeks. Now, the machine is making a lot of noise again. This is very expensive. People tend to get pumped when they buy exercise machines, thinking they will use them for the rest of their life. Well, that is unlikely–and even more unlikely when the machine is noisy. Save your cash, join a gym you’ll be much better off in the long run.

One of the only elliptical machines to feature a full warranty and powered incline at this price. If you haven’t purchased one yet, you should. We just had this delivered over the weekend. The assembly was easy and went together quick. It is an awesome looking machine!

    ~Plastic part arrived broken

    ~Soon electronic console went haywire

~3 calls & emails to customer service – no response

~4th call – was told they would ship replacement parts would arrive in a week.

~Week later rep. called wanted to know what the problem with our console was as though we should know…said he’d ship out the parts and would be here in a week…guess we’ll see.

~3 hour assembly time with the worst instructions…very unclear…you should have some mechanical apptitude otherwise you might be in trouble here and put it together wrong.

~Customer reps. are totally aloof when dealing with you as though you’ll get your parts when you get your parts and they don’t give a f… “it’s against company policy to ship next day”

~Company is out of Arkansas…not a positive stereotype reinforcement for that state

Believe the reviewers who complain about the instructions and the assembly. It took my husband and I 3 hours to put this together. Like another reviewer said, a good deal of that time was spent squinting at the teeny tiny illustrations and then hunting for a part we were told to screw on, only to find out it was already one the machine! Its obvious that they’ve changed the shipping configuration of the machine but haven’t changed the directions to reflect this.

I loved the machine for the TWO HOURS I got to use it. Then with no warning, the incline gave me an error and I smelled something burning. The incline will no longer work after ONLY TWO HOURS OF USE! Do not purchase this machine. If you do, I hope you bought a warranty, you will need it. I am waiting for the company to come pick it up and refund my money.

Bottom Line: I’m sure its a great machine if you get one that works for longer than 2 hours. Had recommended it to my sister and 2 friends- had to call them and wave them off. Don’t waste your money.

This is a great home elliptical if you’re used to nothing but the $5000 gym machines. It’s heavy, well buillt and so quiet that you barely hear it. I would say the only downside is trying to move it, it weighs a ton.
